Purpose: Allows you to lock the vehicle while the engine is running. This is useful, for example, for warming up the car safely.
Procedure:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click “ Select,” then click“46 – Comfort Module.”
4 – Click on “ Code 07.”
5 – Select Byte 9:
Check Bit 7 “central_locking_system_lock_unlock_at_engine_running”

The value is set to “Not Active”
Change the value to “Active”
