Purpose : to change the illumination of the hands and dial.
Proceed :
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “17 – Instruments”.
4 – Click on “Adaptation – 10 ”.
5 – Select Channel 19 :
In the first digit of the coding (?xxxx), enter the value according to the desired ignition:
0 = Hands off and dial off (with ignition and without lights)
1 = Hands on and dial off (with ignition and without lights)
2 = Hands off and dial on (with ignition and without lights)
3 = Hands on and dial on (with ignition and without lights)
