Purpose: Used to adjust ambient lighting intensity. And activate it for retrofit. (floor lighting) For phase 1.
Procedure:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1 :
3 – Click on “Select” then click on “09 – Cent. Elect.” .
4 – Click on “Adaptation 10”.
5 – Select Channel 05 (Footwell Lightning Dimming)
6 – Select intensity from 20 to 100% (in 1% increments)
Line 2:
If your lighting is not activated or after retrofit installation.
3 – Click on“Select”, then click on“46 – Comfort module”.
4 – Click on“Coding – 07” then on “Long Coding Helper”.
