Purpose: to activate closing and opening of windows and sunroof with remote control.
Procedure:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “Select”. 09 – Cent. Elect. “.
4 – Click on “Coding 07” then “Long Coding Helper”
5 – Byte 3:
Bit 7: Tick “Comfort Function Active”.
Comfort sunroof :
Bit 0 / 1 / 2 – Comfort Opening/Closing/Funtion for Sun Roof Active also opens and closes the sunroof via remote control.
Window comfort via :
Bit 3 – Comfort Funtion for Power Windows via Lock Cylinder active
Bit 4 – Comfort Funtion for Power Windows via Driver Interior Switch active
Bit 5 – Comfort Funtion for Power Windows via Remote Control active
