Purpose: to store the Lane Assist function in memory. If you deactivate it, the Lane Assist will not automatically resume the next time you start up. (For phase 1 and Facelift)
Proceed :
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostic socket or OBDeleven box.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program or the OBDeleven application.
Line 1 (For Camera A5 5Q0 / 3Q0) :
3 – Click on“Select” then click on “.A5 – Frt Sens. Drv. Assist“.
4 – Click on“Security Access – 16” then enter the code“20103”.
5 – Click on “Adaptation – 10”.
6 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose “Personalization of lane dept. warning Cl. 15 on “
7 – On this same page, there is a second drop-down menu, but at the bottom
of the page.
On this menu, select“last setting ” and confirm.
Line 1 (For Camera A5 2Q0):
3 – Click on“Select” then click on “.A5 – Frt Sens. Drv. Assist“.
4 – Click on “Coding – 07” then click on“Long Coding Helper”.
5 – Select byte“09”
Then check Bit 0-1“03 Configuration_for_lane_departure_warning_Kl15, Last_setting”.
