Purpose: displays the rear camera (RVC HIGH) to trigger the parktronic button. You can switch on the camera image on the navigation screen without putting the car in reverse. At the touch of a button. This feature is only available for highline cameras. It will not work with RVC LOW, as the lowline camera is not available as a separate CAN-BUS network module and has no coding/adaptation options.
Proceed :
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on“Select” then click on“6C – Rear View Camera”.
4 – Click on“Coding – 07” then click on“Long Coding Helper”.
5 – Select byte“04”
Then check Bit“1”:“Visual display for park assist”.
