Purpose: to activate the speed governor after retrofitting.
Procedure:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “01 – Motor”.
4 – Click on “Access – 11” then enter the code “11463”
Line 2:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “16 – Steering Wheel”.
4 – Click on “Coding – 07” then
The penultimate digit (0xxxx?x) is used to configure the cruise control.
Enter 2 if you don’t have an on-board computer
Set 4 if you have an on-board computer
