Purpose: automatically locks the vehicle when you leave it with the key, provided the KESSY system (keyless entry/locking and starting system) is installed. Unfortunately, the folding function of the outside mirrors is not controlled and may have to be performed manually with the key if necessary.
Proceed :
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on“Select”, then click on“05 – Access authorization/startup”.
4 – Click on“Security Access – 16” then enter the code“20103”.
5 – Click on“Coding – 07” then click on“Long Coding Wizard”.
6 – Select byte“2”
Then check Bit“5” (module 5Q0) OR Bit“4” (Module 3Q0) “Locking for Door Slamming active”.
Line 2:

4 – Click on“Security Access – 16” then enter the code“20103”.
5 – Click on“Adaptation – 10”.
6 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose“internal_passive_entry_exit_byte1-passive_exit_door_slam_lock”.
7 – On the same page, there’s a second drop-down menu at the bottom
of the page.
Select“Active” and confirm.
