Purpose : Selects the language used in the on-board computer.
(Modification only possible on Mid/High range models)
Proceed :
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “17 – Instruments”.
4 – Click on “Adaptation – 10”.
5 – Select Channel 04
Change the value according to the desired language
00001 – German
00002 – English
00003 – French
00004 – Italian
00005 – Spanish
00006 – Portuguese / Brazilian
