Purpose: activates RS mode tail light animation for Q7 facelift (RS Tail Lights)
RS animation can only be activated if the car already has standard animation and the appropriate 8SQ High tail lights.
Procedure:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition, then run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “46 – Module Confort” . 2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program. Procedure: 1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
4 – Click on “Coding – 07” then “Long Coding Helper”
5 – Select Byte 37: (Bits 0, 1, 2 and 3 should already be set)
