Purpose: Allows you to adjust the temperature of the steering wheel heater, you can increase or decrease the heating level of all or part of the seat by up to 5 degrees Celsius to obtain the optimum temperature setting for you.
Proceed :
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on“Select” then click on“16 – Steering Column Electronics”.
4 – Click on“Adaptation – 10”.
5 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose“Steering wheel heating Temperature 1” or“Chauffage du volant température1”.
Then temperatures 2 and 3 (Heated flywheel power)
6 – On this same page, there is a second drop-down menu at the bottom of the page.
On this menu, select the range of values: -5 to +5 (degrees Celsius) relative to the base temperature, then confirm.
