Purpose: to deactivate the alarm which is triggered when the door is opened and the contact is in position P.
Procedure:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “46 – Module Confort”.
4 – Click on“Security Access – 16” then enter the code“16017”.
4 – Click on “Adaptation – 10” .
5 – Select Canal 98:
Set value to “0”
Line 2:
3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “46 – Module Confort”.
4 – Click on “Coding 07”.
5 – Click on “Long Coding Helper” .
6 – Select Byte 15:
Modify Binary value (save original coding)
Phase 1 with binary:
With initial value: 00000000 (00)
New value: 00000101 (05)
Phase 1 and Facelift:

New value: 01001111 (4F)
