Purpose: to change the language of the MMI Bluetooth module’s Voice Command.
Proceed :
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.
2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.
Line 1:
3 – Click on“Select”, then click on“77 – Telephone“.
4 – Click on “Coding – 07“.
5 – Replace the 6th digit of the coding string with the language of your choice:
00x0x00 = Voice Control Off
00x0x10 = German
00x0x20 = English (UK)
00x0x30 = French
00x0x40 = Italian
00x0x50 = Spanish
00x0x60 = Spanish (USA)
00x0x70 = English (USA)
00x0x80 = French (Canada)
00x0x90 = Speaker dependant voice selection
