A5 (F5) – Deactivate roller blind when locking/unlocking

Purpose: To deactivate the roller blind comfort function when locking/unlocking.

Procedure:
1 – Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle’s diagnostics socket.

2 – Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.

Line 1 (Deactivate roller blind when comfort is locked) :
The roof roller shutter is closed when the comfort system is closed. You can adjust this behavior so that the roof roller shutter remains in the current position.

3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “CA – Open roof.

4 – Click on “Adaptation – 10”.

5 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose“IDE11842-MAS13330-Komfortfunktionen-Komfortschließen Dachrollo” /“Comfort functions – Roof blind comfort closure”.

6 – On this same page, there is a second drop-down menu at the bottom
of the page.
On this menu, choose “No Active”. No Active “then confirm.

Line 2 (Deactivate roller blind when comfort is opened):
The roof roller shutter is opened when the comfort system is opened. You can adjust this behavior so that the roof roller shutter remains in the current position.

3 – Click on “Select”, then click on “CA – Open roof.

4 – Click on “Adaptation – 10”.

5 – On this page, at the very top, there is a drop-down menu.
In this drop-down menu, choose“IDE11842-MAS13329-Komfortfunktionen-Komfortöffnen Dachrollo” /“Comfort functions – Comfort opening roof blind”.

6 – On this same page, there is a second drop-down menu at the bottom
of the page.
Select “No Active” and confirm.
