<p><strong>Purpose</strong>: to adjust the ACC distance setting from the factory setting so that it can be set in 1 km/h increments by pressing the switch.  </p>

<p>By default, the PLUS and MINUS buttons on the adaptive cruise control system adjust your speed in 10 km/h increments. You can change the coding in 1 km/h increments by briefly pressing the button. And use the old speed increments of 5 mph or 10 km/h by pressing and holding the buttons.</p>

<p><strong>Procedure:</strong> <br/> 1 &#8211; Engine off, ignition off, connect your official VAG-COM VCDS cable to the computer, then plug the other end into your vehicle&#8217;s diagnostics socket.<br/><br/> 2 &#8211; Switch on the ignition and run the VCDS program.</p>

<p><strong>Purpose</strong>: to adjust the ACC distance setting from the factory setting so that it can be set in 1 km/h increments by pressing the switch.  </p>

<p>By default, the PLUS and MINUS buttons on the adaptive cruise control system adjust your speed in 10 km/h increments. You can change the coding in 1 km/h increments by briefly pressing the button. And use the old 10 km/h speed increments by pressing and holding the buttons.</p>
